Volunteers · 5th Annual · November 7, 2026

Volunteers do not necessarily have the time; they just have the heart.

— Elizabeth Andrew

Join us and feel the Love! The walk runs on people — setting up before the sun is fully over the oaks, welcoming walkers at the table, keeping the stations going, and packing it all down at the end. Every bit of it is neighbors showing up for neighbors.

Share your Time, Talent and Treasure to be part of this community love event. We need a hands-on team for the day of, and there is much to be done before it too.

Where we usually need hands

  • Setup crew — tables, signage, the balloon arch
  • Welcome and registration table
  • Station support along the route
  • The giant gratitude board
  • Photos and video
  • Teardown at the end of the morning
  • Before the day — flyers, outreach, phone calls

Not sure where you fit? Say so on the form and we will find the right spot for you.

Complete this quick “I’m In!” form and we will be in contact with you to join us.

Want to host a Gratitude Station?

Our stations are created and run by local organizations, groups, and volunteer teams. You bring the bubble machines, the music, the face paint, the idea — and you become the people who make that stretch of the walk unforgettable.

Each station celebrates one positive value. For our 5th Annual Walk we are growing the lineup two to three times over, with new values joining Peace, Love, Compassion, Connection, Harmony, Joy, and Community.

Never hosted before? That is exactly who we are looking for. Tell us the value you would like to champion and how you would bring it to life — email office@thegratitudewalk.com and we will talk through how and where it fits.
